I, therefore, request that permission to transfer in the above name may kindly be granted in the exercise of the servations contained in clause of the Agreement/Exemption letter. My obligations in this transfer are:---

That I am Transferee of Plot No. 252, Block No. Tariq of New Garden Town Scheme, by the Lahore Development Authority vide Transfer/Exemption Letter No. US-1507/393, dated 14-04-2005, GPA registration NIL and of the said plot was executed vide Registration No. NIL, Book No. NIL, Volume No. NIL, with Sub-Registrar NIL, LAHORE, dated on NIL.

Now I intend to transfer the said plot to:---

Mr. Rafique Rizwan, son of Mr. Muhammad Rafique, resident of House No. B-1-2-R-32, Mandi Road, OKARA.

From whom I have received total cost of the plot and have surrendered all my right in favour of the person mentioned above.

1.      To abide by the terms and conditions of the exemption of the said Plot No. 252, Block Tariq, of New Garden Town Scheme, executed vide Registration No. NIL, Book No. NIL, Volume No. NIL, with Sub-Registrar NIL, LAHORE, between Original exempted and Lahore Development Authority, Lahore and to comply with all orders and directions and instructions etc. in force or issued time to time by the LDA.

2.      To use the plot for the same purpose for which it was exempted and to construction the building complying with all relevant rules, regulations, directions etc., in force or issued from time to time by LDA.

3.      To pay all outstanding dues against the plot No. ________.
