An Ordinance to repeal the Detention of Enemy Ships, Aircraft and Goods Ordinance, 1971.

Whereas it is expedient to repeal the Detention of Enemy Ships, Aircraft and Goods Ordinance, 1971.

Now therefore, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the 25th day of March, 1969, read with the Proclamation of the 20th day of December, 1971, and the Provisional Constitution Order, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance :

l.--- Short title and commencement. (l) This Ordinance may be called the Detention of Enemy Ships, Aircraft and Goods (Repeal) Ordinance, 1972.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2.--- Repeal of Ordinance No. XXXIII of 1971. The Detention of Enemy Ships, Aircraft and Goods Ordinance, 1971, is hereby repealed
