2. The Board of Revenue, Punjab is further pleased to direct that in the mutation fee recovered in respect of each mutation, the shares of the Patwari, Kanungo, and the Revenue Officer shall be as under:---
(1) Patwari who entered the mutation Rs. 100/-
(2) Kanungo who verified the mutation Rs. 50/-
(3) Revenue Officer who decided the mutation Rs. 50/-
The Revenue Officer shall retain with him for disbursement of the shares of the Patwari, Kanungo, and Revenue Officer in the mutation fee and the remaining mutation fee shall be deposited under the relevant head of account of Provincial Government.
